DAPT / Bowls and bodyweight
Choose the ingredients you have and DAPT shows you the bowls you can make, with simple recipes and calories and macros already calculated. Pick a bodyweight workout and you're ready to go.

Most food apps give you ten thousand recipes and a search bar. Most fitness apps give you a plan to maintain. Both hand the decision back to you at the exact moment you have the least energy for it.
DAPT does two things well. It shows you what to cook from what you already have, and it gives you a workout for today. One screen, one decision, done.
A protein, a base, veg and one of eight sauces. Calories and macros are already calculated for every bowl. Hover or tap a bowl here for the numbers. In the app, every bowl opens to simple steps and its sauce recipe.

Nothing. Every workout runs on bodyweight. Get Strong sessions can take dumbbells or a kettlebell when you want more load, and the app swaps the moves for you.
Where it helps. Rests and timed holds count down on the clock. Rep-based exercises wait for you, and you tap Next when the set is done.
Every bowl and sauce is calculated from its ingredients and their weights. Nothing is typed in by hand, so the numbers stay consistent across the whole library.
You still see the bowl. Results are split into bowls you can make now and bowls that are one or two items short, so you can decide whether to swap or shop.
Yes. A call, a locked screen or leaving the app pauses the set or the rest and keeps the remaining time. You tap Resume when you are back.
Four of the 24 bowls are vegetarian and two of those are vegan. Filters for vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and dairy free apply across the whole library.
